If leadership is all about influence, then the people who will have the greatest future impact on the kingdom will likely be in the marketplace and not in the pulpit. The front lines for the gospel have clearly moved from the churches we attend to the companies where we work.

The overwhelming majority of people in America today are not coming to church but they are still going to work. If they don’t see the reality of God in the integrity of our business plans and in the character of our leaders they will probably not see it at all.

I am before anything else a Christian who has a passion to know Christ and to make Him known.  My calling is to help other people learn how to fully integrate their faith in ways that transform both their personal and professional lives. I love working with committed people who desire to build legacies that prioritize their families first and then other people for eternity.

My background includes working in the corporate world for ten years as someone who felt he was already called into full time ministry.  For the last twenty-five years I have been a minister who has held executive leadership roles in very large churches. The common denominator in all of that life experience is the spiritual disciplines and skill sets involved in leadership.
